You don’t dare talk to the other moms about your fears or worries.  You don’t dare talk to your mom or mother in-law who did it big, better and faster then you.  Who do you talk to ?

As  coach.  I am here to hold your hand and allow you to be the mom that you want to be not what someone else wants you to be!

The great thing about coaching is you don’t even have to leave your home.

When that little one is sleeping, or the kids are off to school or just playing at your feet. 

All our coaching is done over the phone.  With email support if you wish.

If your a working mom this can be done to and and from your work, so your time at home is spent with them.

Looking inward and fleshing out options that might never have occurred to you in the past takes perspective. A life coach helps keep you thinking in a centered state, unfettered by the normal distractions that can block your perfect solutions. No distractions. It’s all about you.

Relationships are a dance, and when the dancers are working together, sure of the choreography, the dance flows smoothly. Working out new moves, however, can require another set of eyes to help the team discover the best way to execute their program. As your coach, I will help you to define your communal frame of reference, so that your relationship can progress in a healthy and mutually satisfying manner.

We’ve all said it to our kids-“ I remember what life was like at your age.” That statement is not really true. The world and its expectations were different when you were a child, a teenager, or even a young adult a few years ago. In addition to that, we are all unique individuals. We each have a different life; a different journey to travel. Many of the pressures can be the same for most young people: peers, parents, the pressures of school, etc., but the way those pressures are encountered and resolved is something each person must do in the way that best works for him/herself. The coach has no judgments or opinions of who a client is supposed to be, no matter what their age, so that the young person is free to explore and access their own inner wisdom to find the path that will lead them successfully forward.

Are you living the life that keeps you eager to get up in the morning? Ultimately, you can if you really want it. No matter what phase of your life may be out of keeping with what you really desire, very often the only real obstacle to achieving that life is your mind set. As your coach, I will help you to get out of your everyday thought process so that you can uncover the answers that work just for you.
